I am more than happy to wait up to 2 weeks in order for you to combine purchases. If postage has been over-calculated I will always refund the difference.
I am happy to combine postage on multiple purchases, within weight and size restrictions for the satchels and letters.
As my postage calculator relies on connection to the Australia Post Website to collate your postage charge, occasionally there can be server issues. If this is the case it will revert to a flat $50 charge to cover large parcels up to 20kg. In the event that this is an overcharge to you and you choose to pay, a refund will be promptly sent for the postage difference. And I apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Hungry Bookshelf is happy to send products to places outside Australia, however please enquire regarding the shipping cost before purchase as the costs can be more than the book/s is worth. If you do not mind paying the extra for shipping I am happy for you to purchase the book/s and I will confirm delivery charges once the purchase is made.
Returns are to be authorised prior to sending back and must be returned within 21 days after puchase. Returns will be accepted if there is a fault that I have missed, however photo’s or scans will be requested. I do not allow refunds for change of mind, only if the item is not as described.
*Unfortunately I am not able to request that Australia Post deliver your item in a certain way. ie/ please leave behind the gate if no one home, or please leave in the box that is hidden behind the garbage bin. These requests will need to be made direct to your postie**
